This is a variety pack box of our premium steaks and amazingly tender Frenched pork chops.
The steaks are Angus Upper 1/3rd Coice Steaks and Wet Aged for 40 days. Wet Aging helps the beef proteins break down enhancing the beef flavor and tenderness. The Upper 1/3rd Choice Grade ensures great marbling for a great bite with plenty of juiciness. The quality of these steaks and the aging process will give you a dining experience usually only seen in high end steak houses.
The pork chops are Beautifully marbled 8-10 oz Frenched (a technique of cleaning the bone for better presentation) Rib Loin Pork Chop. These are the most tender and juicy pork chops on the market.
This pork is hand selected representing the best sizing and marbling. If the USDA graded pork, these would be Prime Grade pork chops.
